WE’RE OPEN AS USUAL.
The Government’s website (www.gov.uk) makes it clear that those who work in other people’s homes are still allowed to do so during the lockdown period and, hopefully, beyond.
So if you’ve been concerned or worried about booking an appointment this side of Xmas there’s no need to wait until December to book – you can call, email or message right away!
We’d also like to take this opportunity to mention a couple of things that we think you’ll appreciate knowing.
First up, all of our appointments are confirmed by email on the day that you make your booking and you’ll also be advised in that email which franchisee or contractor will be coming along on the day. Then, 24 hours before the appointment, you’ll get a reminder so you don’t forget we’re coming the next day.
The email will also contain our COVID-19 Statement for your extra peace of mind so, if for some reason you don’t receive the communication, please let the franchisee know a.s.a.p .
Secondly, all of the relevant COVID-19 precautions will be strictly observed before, during and after we’ve finished restoring your appliances to gleaming condition. You genuinely can book with 100% confidence knowing you’re in safe hands – literally!
