Pay On The Day

Just a quick note to reassure anybody out there looking for a professional oven cleaning & valeting service; we’ll NEVER ask you to pre-pay or even pay a deposit.

We are aware of a handful of somewhat ‘dubious’ individuals and companies making unprompted, out-of-the-blue phone calls from ‘withheld’ and/or overseas numbers offering numerous home services including oven cleaning. And we’re being advised that it is these ‘types’ who are charging an up-front deposit and, judging by some of the reviews out there; often not turning up and refusing refunds!

We NEVER resort to this low grade form of pressure selling (we never have and never will) and we don’t take a deposit for our service either. We consider this approach to be completely unnecessary as we, and our clients, have always relied on mutual trust & our ‘Pay On The Day’ philosophy over the past 25+ years of trading. Our clients trust us implicitly to arrive at the right time, on the correct day following an initial email booking confirmation and we trust them to pay us when the job has been finished and inspected.

And as the age-old adage suggests; “If it ain’t broken, don’t fix it”. So we’ll leave things exactly the way they are and hope that our No Deposit message spreads at the pace we believe it deserves.
